All works displayed on this website are copyright of the credited artist. The material and content contained within or provided are for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially without permission. Your use of the site carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights in the site. It is your responsibility to obtain permission from copyright holders or their agents before a reproduction of works or any other content is made, or this will constitute an infringement of copyright.
We aim to ship products within 4 days depending upon our suppliers / contributers. The production of orders is subject to handling times and processing and, to achieve fine art work of the highest quality, we ask you to allow 21 days for some deliveries. If any item is out of stock you will be notified and refunded in full within 48 hours of confirmation of email order.
Deliveries to the USA have been subject to long delays due to new security measures on incoming international mail. We have now applied a new shipping method with a trackable reference number for all deliveries (as of 1st April 2011) to:
European Union Zones
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and UK
Non European Union Zones
Andorra, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco and Switzerland
Rest of the World
Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA.
For all other countries orders will be sent using Royal Mails "International signed for" service. These are trackable only until they leave the UK.
Our collection is made up of original limited editioned work so we cannot guarantee availability of all products although every effort is made to ensure quantities are accurate on the website. During busy periods we may sell out of certain work within the collection. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund you via Paypal within 48 hours or, where feasible, offer an alternative. If we have not been able to fulfil the order due to availability we will endeavour to contact you on a first refusal basis immediately should another similar item be added to the collection at a later date. After 48 hours of this offer we will make the work available to all other customers via the website. Products are all payable in advance and are non-returnable and non-refundable. All work is independently photographed to provide a reference to the quality and finish of the each specific piece, and all items are sold as seen.
All transactions are processed via Paypal in pounds sterling.
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Any additional charges must be borne at the customers expense. Editions of 100 has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Shipment is sent via Royal Mail services and a tracking number is now supplied for all orders (see Delivery section above). We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods.
We only except returns in the rare event of damaged shipments. These returns must be reported to us via e-mail within 5 business days after the shipment has arrived. Once a return has been reported to us, you have 10 business days to ship the item back to us. When shipping the item back to us, the customer must pay for the cost of shipping the item back. We prefer you use the same method that it was originally shipped with for the return. This is to ensure proper postage service and so it returns to us on time. Once we have received the returned damaged item we will evaluate it and if available send a replacement of the same item out within 5 business days. If this scenario happens to you, please understand we do our best to package and ship our products as safely and securely as possible. If an item gets damaged, this is not because of Editions of 100's handling or packaging. We would never ship a damaged or poorly packaged item. Damaged shipments may happen because of the postal service or machinery mishandling the package. Once the shipment has left our premises we lay all trust and assurance in the postal service shipping the item to your address.
Once the product has been dispatched to Royal Mail, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If you have not received your goods within 7 days of our shipping confirmation email (UK and Europe. 28 days for rest of world), please notify us via email and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
