Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are based on the number of products you buy and the location you want us to ship to. Just add products to your cart, choose your country for delivery and click update to see the shipping cost before your sale goes through. We dispatch orders within 3-4 working days. If you have any questions about shipping then please ask and we’ll try to help.
All our prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class (approximately 2-3 days)
Orders sent out to Europe, the US or anywhere else in the world can take 1 to 3 weeks. For screen prints we use Royal Mail's ‘International Signed For' service. For giclée prints we use DHL Global Shipping. This is a non-trackable service provided by DHL in partnership with your local domestic mail provider. For t-shirts we use… In all cases we strive to provide the best method of postage whilst keeping shipping costs to the very minimum.
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. We will then advise you on the best course of action but will require a photo of the damaged item to claim compensation from the shipping provider.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch. This is to allow for any customs/postal service delays that may be affecting the delivery of your print/s.

Can I cancel /amend my order?
As long as it's within 24 hours of placing your order and we haven't begun printing, then yes you can. To cancel or amend your order please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return my print/t-shirt for a refund?
We are happy for you to return item/s within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition. Once we receive your item/s we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
There’s something wrong with my print/t-shirt
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that! We want you to be happy with your product. If you're not just drop us a line at email@example.com and tell us what’s wrong. If it’s been printed incorrectly, we’ll send you a free replacement.
